Claim for Attorney's Fee for Services and Travel and for Credit Report and Appraisal Fee

An advance decision was requested with regard to an employee's reclaim for reimbursement for certain real estate expenses incident to his purchase of a residence at his new duty station. Reimbursement of the employee's reclaim for reimbursement of the attorney's fees was denied again since the itemization provided lacked the necessary specificity and, therefore, might include items which were not for reimbursement. Reimbursement of the travel fee charged by the attorney, who was not located in the vicinity of the new residence, was not allowable. The reclaim for reimbursement of the credit report and appraisal fee were allowable to the extent of the amount customarily charged in the locality for those services.
