Reconsideration of Denial of Request for Rescission of Contract

A contractor requested reconsideration of the denial of its request for rescission of its contract. The prior decision denying the rescission was affirmed since the request for reconsideration did not show that the decision involved any mistake of relevant fact or law warranting the reversal or modification of that decision.
