Request for Reformation of Contract

The contractor requested reformation of its contract due to a unilateral mistake in bid alleged after award. The contractor was not entitled to reformation of the contract since the contracting officer requested verification of the bid and received oral and written verification prior to award. Where the bidder was requested to verify the bid and did so, acceptance of the bid created a binding contract.
