A former Air Force member requested reconsideration of the denial of his claim for the cost of shipping his motorcycle from Turkey to the United States incident to his discharge. The member was erroneously advised that the Government would not ship the motorcycle because it had previously been taken out of the country, and he was entitled to reimbursement of the cost of shipping the motorcycle. However, he may not be reimbursed for customs fees which are not payable by the Government under 10 U.S.C. 2634.
