Refusal To Extend Time for Preparation of Proposals

On behalf of one of its members, an association protested the agency's refusal to extend the due date for receipt of proposals. In view of the limited time available to perform the contract, the contracting officer's refusal to extend the period for receipt of proposals was proper.
