Highlights

A company protested any award under a solicitation and argued that the solicitation should be canceled and the requirement resolicited because of the agency's failure to solicit a bid from the protester. Resolicitation was not required since failure to furnish a copy of the solicitation was inadvertent, the procurement was advertised, and adequate competition was obtained.
