An employee claimed reimbursement for the expenses of moving his household goods from and to Government quarters incident to his erroneous separation from his position and his reinstatement to the position after a finding of unwarranted personnel action. The expenses incurred in moving household goods from and to Government quarters was not reimbursable since the relevant statute and regulation only permit pay, allowances, and differentials and do not provide for reimbursement of relocation expenses.
