Highlights

The agency requested a decision as to whether an alleged mistake could be corrected after contract award. The contractor claimed an increase in price on the basis that it never agreed to furnish certain requirements discovered after award to have been excluded from the copy of the specifications originally furnished to it. Since the matter at issue was not a mistake in bid, but rather what the contract required, the issue was not for consideration under the principles applicable to correction of mistakes in bid.
