Matters discussed are: civilian pay systems; entitlement to compensation; basic compensation; additional compensation for Classification Act positions; payroll deductions; debt liquidation; waiver of erroneous payments of compensation; restrictions of payment of compensation by the United States and on acceptance of compensation from sources other than Federal funds; employee make-whole remedies; other provisions pertaining to employees; service as juror or witness; services obtained through other than regular employment; and wage board employees.
