Civilian Personnel Law Manual: Title I--Compensation, Supplement 1979

In May of 1977, Title I, Compensation, of the Civilian Personnel Law Manual was issued reflecting decisions of the General Accounting Office in effect through September 30, 1976. This document presents decisions of the General Counsel Office from October 1, 1976, through September 30, 1979. The 1979 Supplement follows the same format as the text of Title I and is intended to be filed as a single unit at the end of Title I.
