Comments on Payment for Legal Services and Expenses

GAO provided comments on whether the Small Business Administration could certify for payment certain invoices, rendered by two law firms, and expenses incurred under agreements of November 13, 1953, and May 14, 1954. GAO noted that the invoices and related papers, if correct in other respects, may be certified for payment from the applicable fiscal year appropriations.
