Bid Protest Decisions

GAO provides a forum for bidders and offerors seeking federal government contracts who believe that a contract has been or is about to be awarded in violation of the laws and regulations that govern contracting with the federal government. These procedures are governed by the Competition in Contracting Act of 1984, 31 U.S.C. 3551-3556, and implemented by GAO's Bid Protest Regulations, which are set forth at 4 C.F.R. Part 21.
